1. What do I need to know before I have a technician visit my home or office?
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The technician must receive full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.
2. What can I expect when a technician visits my home or office?
Upon arrival, DIXON PC technicians will provide proper identification. The technician will interview the client requesting the service to obtain information pertaining to the problem or situation. Upon completion, the techician will provide a concise verbal and written statement presenting the particular facts of the client's case and the conclusive methods or procedures used to rectify the situation or problem.
3. Do you guarantee your service?
Absolutely! If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us. We guarantee our on-site services for 30 days. Remote services are guaranteed for 5 days. If there is a problem with the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost.
